About Fancy Fiesta

Our Story

In 2018, during a family celebration for Tia Delfina’s birthday in Fort Hancock, I experienced the kind of service that allows you to stop worrying about the details and simply enjoy the people you’re celebrating with. From the warm welcome to the attentive staff, I saw firsthand what a difference the right team could make—and I knew I wanted to bring that level of service home to Midland.

That experience inspired Fancy Fiesta, and within months we booked our first wedding. What began with one family celebration grew through years of hard work, determination, and a commitment to serving people well.

In November 2025, Fancy Fiesta® officially became a registered trademark—a milestone that meant far more than adding a symbol to our name. It represented years of building something of my own and watching an idea inspired by family grow into an established brand I was incredibly proud to call mine.

Today, Fancy Fiesta® proudly serves Midland and the Permian Basin, Dallas–Fort Worth, and Miami/South Florida, providing professional event staffing and bartending for weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, and more.
