In 2018, during a family celebration (Tia Delfina's Birthday) in Fort Hancock, I experienced exceptional service that allowed us to fully enjoy the event. From the warm welcome to the attentive staff handling every detail, it was clear how much the right team can elevate an experience. I knew that level of service needed to be brought to Midland.

That moment inspired the birth of Fancy Fiesta, and by March of that year, we booked our first wedding. Since then, we’ve grown steadily, building a reputation for professionalism, reliability, and thoughtful service across every event we support. In November of 2025, Fancy Fiesta’s trademark was officially finalized—an important milestone that reflected the strength and longevity of the brand we’ve built.

In January of 2026, we made the decision to expand into the Dallas–Fort Worth market. This move represents a natural next step in our growth and allows us to serve planners, venues, and hosts in a fast-paced event environment with the same level of care, professionalism, and dependable service Fancy Fiesta is known for.
