Fancy Fiesta Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Fancy Fiesta! We provide professional event staffing services, including servers, waiters, bartenders, and other staff to ensure your event runs smoothly. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before booking. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.


2. Services

Fancy Fiesta specializes in providing experienced event staff such as servers, waiters, bartenders, and butlers. Our team is dedicated to ensuring seamless service at weddings, corporate events, private parties, and other special occasions. While we do not provide catering, we work alongside your caterer to deliver high-quality service, including food and beverage service, setup, and cleanup as required.

We also offer custom staffing solutions tailored to your event. Special requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and additional fees may apply depending on the request.


3. Booking and Payment Terms

3.1 Deposit

To secure your booking, a deposit of 35% of the total event cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit guarantees the reservation of staff for your event. If a cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event, the deposit will not be refunded (see Section 5: Cancellation Policy).

Please note that a 3.1% processing fee applies to all transactions, regardless of the payment method.

3.2 Remaining Balance

The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event. If payment is not received by this deadline, Fancy Fiesta reserves the right to cancel staffing services, and the deposit will not be refunded.

3.3 Quotes

Quotes provided by Fancy Fiesta are valid for 30 days. After this period, a new quote may be required, as prices and availability may change.While we strive to honor quotes, Fancy Fiesta reserves the right to adjust pricing due to market changes, availability, or specific requests made by the client.


4. Additional Services

Fancy Fiesta offers a range of additional services to enhance your event, including bartending services, butler services, and assistance with event setup or breakdown. We also provide equipment like beer tubs and bartops. If you have special requests for your event, we will do our best to accommodate them. Additional fees may apply for these services.


5. Cancellation Policy

Full Refund: To receive a full refund of your deposit, you must provide written cancellation notice at least 30 days prior to the event.

Late Cancellation: If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event, the deposit will not be refunded.

For cancellations made after full payment (within 7 days of the event), no refunds will be issued unless there are exceptional circumstances, which will be considered at Fancy Fiesta’s discretion.


6. Liability

Fancy Fiesta is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries occurring during the event, except where caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct on the part of our staff. The client assumes all responsibility for venue conditions, the safety of guests, and any other third-party service providers (e.g., caterers, entertainment) at the event.


7. Changes to the Event

Clients must notify Fancy Fiesta in writing of any significant changes to the event details (e.g., guest count, service needs, timing adjustments) no later than 7 days prior to the event. We will do our best to accommodate changes; however, additional charges may apply depending on the scope of the change.


8. Force Majeure

Fancy Fiesta is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or adjust services, but refunds may not be available.


9. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Ensuring the event venue complies with local laws and provides necessary amenities (e.g., electricity, water, ice for bar services if applicable).

Coordinating with third-party vendors (e.g., caterers, entertainment) to ensure smooth collaboration with Fancy Fiesta staff.

Confirming final guest count and event details 7 days prior to the event.

Designating a point of contact who will be present on-site during the event.


10. Staff Duties

Fancy Fiesta staff are responsible for:

Serving food and beverages as directed by the client or caterer.

Assisting with event setup (e.g., table arrangement) and breakdown if requested.

Providing professional and courteous service throughout the event.

Staff do not prepare or cook food, nor are they responsible for managing catering services unless otherwise agreed.


11. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided by Fancy Fiesta, including but not limited to service descriptions, pricing, and branding, are the intellectual property of Fancy Fiesta. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute this content for commercial purposes without our written consent.


12. Amendments

Fancy Fiesta reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to clients. Continued use of our services after any amendments signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.


13. Acceptance of Terms

By booking with Fancy Fiesta, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.
