Small note: Most events are Thursday–Sunday, with peak seasons in spring and fall.
Common Fancy Fiesta roles to include:
Event Bartender
(TABC required if applicable)
Event Server / Banquet Staff
Event Captain / Lead
(Experienced)
Brand Ambassador / Promo Staff
Event Setup / Breakdown Crew
How event scheduling works
You apply and complete screening.
You’re added to the on-call team (not guaranteed hours).
Shifts are offered based on availability + fit.
You accept shifts you can commit to.
Strong performance = first access to better shifts and lead roles.
Confirm shifts by deadline
No last-minute cancellations (except emergencies)
Maintain dress code + professionalism
