When booking Fancy Fiesta’s bar services, we’ll start by getting the details right. We’ll ask you to fill out our Bar Service Questionnaire to tailor our services to your needs:
Date & Time of Event: When will your event take place?
Venue: Where is the event being held, and does the venue provide ice?
Event Type: What type of event are you hosting (Wedding, Corporate, Private Party, etc.)?
Guest Count: How many guests are you expecting?
Bar Preferences
We know that bar preferences vary from event to event. That’s why we customize our bar service based on your specific needs. Whether you're serving classic cocktails, mocktails, or something more unique, we’ve got you covered!
Alcohol Preferences: What will you be serving? (Wine, Cocktails, Beer, Mocktails, or Non-Alcoholic Beverages)
Alcohol Quality: Do you prefer premium selections or well drinks?
Bar Type: Are you offering an open bar, or will it be cash/card?
Mocktails and non-alcoholic beverages can be added for guests who prefer alcohol-free options.
Alcohol Purchase: Who is providing the alcohol? Will you be supplying the beverages, or would you like Fancy Fiesta to handle the purchase?

Want to add something unique to your event?
We offer signature cocktail menus that can be customized to fit your theme. Simply provide your preferences, and our bartenders will craft a menu that leaves your guests talking!
Note: Signature cocktail menus must be finalized 7-14 days prior to the event, and an additional fee may apply for this service.
